Sliding door autoclave range offers top of the range models with integral steam generator and economy models which can operat in the absence of water and drainage

The all-new Touchclave-Lab is the new range of sliding door laboratory autoclaves from LTE Scientific Designed to provide an unparalleled range of features, they offer highly efficient cycle performance and unbeatable value

Available in 150, 200 and 300 litre sizes, all models have an innovative, fully interlocked, vertical 'easy-glide' sliding door with floating door gasket to ensure a perfect seal.

To reduce wear, the seal is automatically pulled away from the door at the end of each cycle.

The top of the range K models operate using either an integral steam generator situated beneath the chamber, or the customer's own direct steam supply.

Offering significantly reduced cooling times, these models are fitted with water jackets as standard.

Offering a good level of standard features, the economical F range can operate in areas where water or drainage is not available, using steam generated within the chamber.

To improve cooling times, fan cooling is provided as standard while a water jacket is available as an optional alternative.

Both models incorporate a state-of-the art touchscreen control system for entering and displaying all commands, cycle and program data, and alarms.

A self diagnostic system highlights any abnormality in the cycle, and for real-time viewing of cycle data by LTE's technical team, an optional modem is available.

All models have an internal data archiving facility, which allows up to 5000 cycles to be stored on a single internal flash card.

A choice of eight load specific cycles can be stored in the memory, with an optional memory expansion facility boosting the total to 20.

Users can develop their own cycle profile simply by touching the 'create own cycle' icon and following a series of screens to input their own parameters and cycle titles.

Optional features include a vacuum/air ballast system and category 3 effluent retention.
