First presented in 1967, the Export Achievement Awards are a joint initiative of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters and the government of New Brunswick

The New Frontiers Exporter Award, presented by Business New Brunswick minister Greg Byrne and Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (CME) president and CEO, Perrin Beatty was accepted by Dolores Whalen, VP internal of LuminUltra Technologies, during the CME's 55th annual general meeting at the Delta Fredericton on 23 May, 2007 The New Frontiers Exporter award represents the achievement of LuminUltra in the development of niche export markets in all corners of the world, including Canada, the United States, France, Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Japan, and Singapore

LuminUltra Technologies develops innovative biological monitoring technologies.

The company has worked over the past three years to market a patent-pending product that represents the culmination of over ten years of development.

This product provides a direct, real-time measurement of total microbiological concentration and health in any water sample.

It measures the molecule adenosine triphosphate, or ATP, which is a component of all living cells.
