Hand-held battery powered strain gauge indicator is environmentally sealed and includes its own tactile keyboard

Magna Projects and Instruments is now offering the TR100 hand-held battery-powered strain gauge indicator Microprocessor-based, the unit is completely portable, weighing only 260 grammes, and is environmentally sealed to IP65 / NEMA 4

The instrument has a tactile keyboard with dual range selection, peak/valley hold, auto-tare, and off/on functions.

The 41/2-digit LCD display has a built-in 'low battery' warning.

Full bridge strain gauge sensors up to 60mV/V sensitivity are accommodated, and the firmware allows single-pass calibration.

A bridge excitation voltage of 5V DC is provided, and bridges resistances of greater than 85 ohms may be used.
