The ICA In-Cell Amplifier - a small, inexpensive, cylindrical analogue amplifier designed to sit near a strain gauge and to amplify and condition the signal - is one of a range from Magna

Magna Projects and Instruments has a range of strain gauge conditioning instruments to suit most applications and are available via Magna's secure OnLine Store The ICA In-Cell Amplifier is a small, inexpensive, cylindrical analogue amplifier designed to sit near the strain gauge and to amplify and condition the signal in order to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and to provide a choice of four analogue output signals

The SGA Strain Gauge Amplifier is a very versatile, low noise analogue device, available in mains- or DC-powered variants, which provides conditioning for a wide range of full- and half-bridge strain gauges, and produces twin analogue output signals, 0 to 10V DC and 4 - 20mA.

The D-Cell and DSC Digital Strain Card are two highly accurate digital devices which convert your strain gauge transducer into a digital strain transducer.

Just connect your strain gauge, add a power supply, and connect to your computer or PLC system.

Fully programmable and with resolution selectable up to 19 bits - that's better than 1 part in 500,000! - these cost-effective instruments are ideal for OEM, development, troubleshooting and R and D applications.

The ADP15 and ADW15 are panel-mounting or DIN-rail mounting process monitoring and control instruments which will accept a wide range of inputs (including strain gauges), have many communication, alarm functions, communications options, etc - indeed, there are over 250,000 different combinations of this instrument available! The ADW range is especially adapted for weighing applications, with models available for functions such as Fast-Fill-By-Weight, Batch Weighing, Loss-in-Weight, etc.
