New brochures are available for the Malvern Instruments Vision Systems range for particle shape and size analysis.

Measurement of particle shape as well as particle size is becoming increasingly automated and routine.
This parameter is finding wide application in understanding and controlling manufacturing processes, adding an extra level of sensitivity and complementing particle size measurements.
Malvern's FPIA-2100 is used for the dynamic size and shape analysis of wet samples, while the PharmaVision 830 measures the size, shape and count of dry powders.
In addition to describing the principles behind the instruments' operation, both brochures provide detailed technical specifications and examples of the instruments' applications in size and shape analysis across different industry sectors.
