The SO Analyser is M+P International's versatile real-time analyser for noise and vibration measurement, analysis and reporting in the field and in the laboratory

The SO Analyser is scalable and offers modules for signal processing, modal analysis, impact testing, rotating machinery and pass-by-noise testing Within one application, the SO Analyser allows you to import data from more than 20 different standard N+V formats, do real-time data acquisition, analyse results and create reports

The latest SO Analyser revision 3.1 provides very useful enhancements such as sine reduction, an advanced order tracking filter for rotating machinery analysis, new source modes for both National Instruments and VXI Technology source hardware, 32-bit support of VT1432B, VT1435, VT1436 VXI cards, support of VT2216 VXI throughput disc, a sound card replay tool, Matlab 7 compatibility, 3D chart calculator, extended functionality in pass-by-noise testing, and lots more.

The new sine reduction is used to add additional or independent monitoring channels to a shaker vibration test or resonance search.

It offers log and linear 'sweep' modes and an outstanding Cola tracking filter and is available for both online and offline (post-processing) applications.

The advanced order tracking filter analysis used in rotating machinery testing handles noisy RPM changes such as found on typical automotive engine run-up applications.

Several additional source modes are available on National instruments and VXI Technology source hardware: swept sine, chirp, periodic random and arbitrary.

Besides the new SO Analyser 3.1 revision offers 32-bit support for the new VT1432B 24-bit ADCs as well as support of the VT2216 VXI internal SCSI throughput disc for high-speed time history recording in large channel-count and high sampling frequency applications.
