Nautilus Biotech of France and Microbix Biosystems of Canada announce a distribution agreement for academic applications of NautCell, a high-producer cell-line for recombinant Adeno-associated vectors
NautCell has been developed by Nautilus using its proprietary high- throughput Platform Biomics technology for cell-directed evolution, after more than 40,000 individual recombinant Adeno-associated vectors (rAAV) viral infections with rAAV produced by cell clones obtained from the Microbix 293 HEK cell line NautCell displays a stable 1-2 logs higher productivity for rAAV compared to the parental 293 HEK cells
