Keeping enzymes at a constant
temperature

No matter whether you use 11ml test tubes or beakers with a capacity of 120 or even 250ml, each sample in the water bath sample rack is perfectly tempered, says Metrohm

Metrohm says its water bath sample rack for sample processors is suitable for numerous new applications Heating or cooling your samples is no problem with the water bath rack, which covers the temperature range between -10C to +50C

The use of separate heating or cooling systems means that the constant temperature medium and the bath filling are completely separated.

This has two decisive advantages.

The bath cannot overflow as liquid does not need to be added or removed, and you are completely free in the choice of your heating or cooling medium.

As this medium is contained in a separate, closed circulation system it cannot come into contact with the samples and therefore cannot influence them in any way.

The heating and cooling spirals ensure efficient and uniform thermostatting of the water bath.

The bath inserts can be removed and exchanged for the other racks available.

A sophisticated holding system keeps the test tubes and beakers from floating. Request a free brochure from Metrohm UK ...
