Combine daily tasks with automated water
analysis
The 815 robotic sampler from Metrohm can multi task several functions such as conductivity, pH, alkalinity, chloride and fluoride on each sample
Combined with the 800 dosino technology samples can be accurately pipetted to an external beaker, additional solvents ( buffers etc) can then be added and then measured or titrated While this is being carried out a subsequent sample can then be pipetted and queued while the previous measurement is being taken

PC controlled sample changer
The DH sample changer 748 from Metrohm is said to be the solution for quality control and process monitoring in many sectors
Built in pumps remove the wastes and also rinse down the sample beakers to prevent carry over from one sample to the next.
This multitasking ability is made possible due to Tiamo Software, a unique software which controls instruments, calculates results, store or export results to the hard drive or network drive.
Results can be stored in Lims or similar storage softwares.
Information can be automatically exported and retrieved simply and safely.
Using the system containing the 815 robotic sampler, 809 Titrano, 800 dosinos, conductivity interface and controlled by tiamo.
The following parameters were analysed, conductivity, pH, alkalinity by titration, chloride by titration and fluoride by ion selective measurement, replicates were sampled 20 times and %RSD's of less than 1% were achieved.
All of this took 15 minutes of an analysts time to place the samples on the 815 carousel and fill in the sample queue. Request a free brochure from Metrohm UK ...
