The 34-place autosampler for Mettler Toledo's Stare thermal analysis system has a unique 'stinger' to pierce crucibles just prior to measurement The system can be used with both the DSC822e and TGA851e modules and provides the ultimate in reliability and flexibility
The elegant design requires movement of the insertion gripper in one direction only, providing easy set up and minimum maintenance.
The 34-place turntable accommodates all standard crucibles from 20µl aluminium to 900µl alumina pans.
The autosampler makes setting up a series of measurements extremely easy.
For air sensitive samples a lid piercing option is available that opens the crucible just prior to insertion into the furnace.
