Mettler Toledo has launched the DR40 combined density meter and refractometer This compact and unique system is ideal for the simultaneous determination of density and refractive index
The instrument is designed to be used with Mettler's SC1 or SC30 sample delivery and cleaning units for the automatic measurement of individual or multiple samples.
Built-in Peltier thermostats guarantee the correct sample temperature for highly accurate results, while two operator levels prevent unintended or unauthorised modification of measuring methods and instrument settings.
Three integral interfaces ensure GLP compliance and the bar code reader allows the input of user name and sample ID instantly.
