Mettler Toledo's DR40 and DR45 combined density and refractometry meters allow the measurement of both parameters simultaneously It will help increase productivity, reduce the need for handling malodorous samples, and is an important safety check in HACCP compliant production, says the company The system features a complete sampling sequence to prevent the major sources of error including air bubbles, remaining sample or rinsing solvents in the measuring cells
Each meter has a built-in Peltier thermostat guaranteeing the correct sample temperature for highly accurate results and two operator levels preventing unauthorised modifications of methods and settings.
