5 June 2009 - Mettler Toledo has been awarded the European Foodtec Award 2009 'silver medal' for the XS3 Advanchek X-ray combiweigher.
The XS3 Advanchek combines checkweighing and X-ray inspection technologies in one space-saving system.
It is a complete product inspection combination system that performs accurate overweight and underweight checkweighing while simultaneously inspecting products for foreign bodies such as glass, metal, stone and high-density plastic.
The XS3 Advanchek X-ray combiweigher is built to high safety standards and is compliant with IRR 1999.
