The DP12 digital microscopy camera has a tilting 3.5'' LCD monitor, integrated into the control pad, allowing adjustable observation at the ideal angle.

Users can now view images in the same unit as the camera controls, making work quicker and more comfortable.

Real-time display of large, easy-to-see images allows faster, more accurate focusing and framing.

Date, time, shutter speed and file name are displayed and stored together with the image and up to 16 acquired images can be displayed at one time for on-screen image selection.

A calibrated scale bar can be superimposed, then saved and printed with the image.

Pin-sharp focusing even at low magnifications is made possible with an electronic focus indicator and a 2x digital zoom function.

The camera is operated entirely from a small and rugged keypad and screen, with all controls near the operator's hand.

This eliminates the need to touch the camera head or the microscope for exposure, reducing the risk of camera shake.

One touch, automatic and manual white balance modes are available for optimal colour representation, and users can choose 1% spot and 30% average exposure metering and automatic or manual exposure modes.

Removable SmartMedia cards store up to 128 MB of images which can be easily transferred to any PC.

Optional software allows images to be downloaded directly from the camera to the PC.

The camera head is equipped with a universal C-mount thread allowing attachment to almost any microscope.
