Spectrophotometer promises accuracy and stability
Portable instrument is fully equipped with hardware and software features to cover a wide range of applications, where 45/0 geometry is either recommended or stipulated by norms
Even beginners can start immediately, as SpectraMagic NX comes with several pre-defined screen templates that are most commonly used.
The user can choose from various graphs for absolute or colour difference, spectral graph and trend graphs.
Tolerances in Colour difference can either be calculated to suit box or elliptical tolerances to a given standard or one of the most recent PASS/FAIL formulas such as CIE 1994 or CIE 2000.

Radiometer probe measures UV or dental cure wands
Providing Nist traceable results, this radiometer is suitable for quality control by manufacturers who want to profile output uniformity over the wand's entire surface
As a "world first" with the aim to improve colour data communication with suppliers and customers, SpectraMagic NX allows you to insert digital pictures of samples with the measurement data allowing total information on positioning spot and measurement assessment.
Combined with the total freedom to create your own data reports SpectraMagic NX opens new ways in colour data communication.
Another "world first" is the exclusive navigation function which combines a "step by step" online help for basic operations as well as freely customisable Macro function for repeated standard procedures on the production line.
Using the widely known HTML coding, it allows total customisation of operations, illustrated with digital pictures and on screen instructions.
To improve general knowledge on colour basics and colour measurement technology, for beginners as well as experts, SpectraMagic NX comes with a unique online tutorial from Konica Minolta's award winning booklet "Precise Color Communications", explaining important topics such as colour basics, chromatic systems, tolerance settings, standard illuminations and suitable measuring geometry's.
SpectraMagic NX will be the new premier Quality Control Software, which can be interfaced with all current Konica Minolta Spectrophotometers and Colorimeters (Chroma-Meter CR-400 series) as well as with several older models.
SpectraMagic NX can also share data within a local area network (LAN) and operates under Windows 98SE, NT4, 2000 Professional and XP professional.
