Millrock Technology offers the new Max Series freeze dryer line with shelf area up to 1.8m2 In addition, the Max Series offers full PC/PLC control standard for maximum control of the freeze drying process, including ten freezing steps and 16 primary drying steps
The same control system is used on Millrock's pilot and production systems.
Options include hydraulic stoppering, and an isolation valve.
PAT instrumentation is available with options such as a capacitance manometer and a moisture sensor.
The standard 30 liter external condenser is available in -53C or -85C versions.
Millrock's Research series freeze dryers allow easy scaling to production systems.
