Twelve models of professional signal sources cover design, production, service, laboratory and training applications

The OR-X range of professional signal sources simplify simulations and testing with their extensive choice of standard or user-defined waveforms.

All twelve models are available now from Metrix Electronics to cover design, production, service, laboratory and training applications.

The new top-of-the-range model 660 function and arbitrary generator features a built-in library of standard waveforms from sine to FSK modulation.

Users can easily create and edit their own customised waveform shapes with 125MHz sampling, 14-bit resolution and 4M-point definition.

Multiple waveforms can be saved in the internal flash memory.

The model 550 is a dedicated programmable 50MHz pulse generator.

Pulse widths/delays are configurable from 10ns to 10s and rise/fall times from 5ns to 10ms with six-digit resolution.

The range also includes simpler units such as the model 315 10MHz sweep function generator with AM/FM modulation.

Its dual readout simultaneously displays set frequency and amplitude (or offset).
