Millipore's range of AFS analyser feed systems are specifically designed to produce NCCLS Type I reagent water from tap water for direct feed to clinical analysers The new, low-flow AFS-3D system includes a built-in degasser, avoiding problems caused by bubble formation, such as interference with optical instruments, at the typical clinical assay temperature of 37C
Also new AFS-EDI systems incorporate Elix technology, an advanced form of continuous electrodeionisation, eliminating the need for resin replacement and additional softeners.
