From installation and user training to preventive maintenance and system qualification, Millipore's certified field service engineers work in partnership with customers to tailor services to meet their specific requirements.

Periodic verification, calibration of built-in instrumentation and/or determination of monitoring equipment suitability are often required by regulatory agencies or certification companies.

The type of accreditation or quality management system which must be followed will decide whether a single verification procedure, a complete calibration procedure or USP suitability tests are necessary.

Millipore engineers are specially trained to perform the appropriate operation and provide all essential documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Additionally Millipore also offers a complete qualification programme, designed to assist with validation procedures.

Millipore engineers are trained to carry out Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols, including a large number of specific tests on the hydraulic, electronic and monitoring components.

A regular maintenance programme is also available, either standing alone or within the framework of the qualification program.

All actions performed are documented for full traceability as required by current regulatory standards.
