In response to a strong industry demand for processing low linting secondary area cleanroom garments and cleanroom undergarments, Micronclean has developed and built a brand new state-of-the-art facility in the nearby town of Louth.
This latest new factory opened in May 2003 on Louth's Fairfield Industrial Estate at a cost of £7.5 million and is already providing a national service to industry.
The company operates with HACCP systems to guarantee quality control through all production stages plus a Pro Track traceability system.
Continuous in-house microbiological monitoring, and finally there is a 100% garment inspection for foreign bodies and visual appearance before any clothing is released to the customer.
The company offers additional services that include lockers and dispensing systems, garment distribution and on-site service.
