Free upgrade for instrument software
Qualifying registered users can download the latest version of control program for spectrophotometers and absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence microplate readers
Molecular Devices announces the release of SoftMax Pro 4.7, available as a free download to qualifying registered users.
For over ten years, SoftMax Pro software has controlled Molecular Devices's spectrophotometers, absorbance, luminescence, and fluorescence microplate readers, providing extensive data calculation and analysis capabilities under a GLP/GMP work environment for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academia, hospital, and government customers.
Over 70 assay protocols are included for life science research and drug discovery assay development and screening.
Researchers can customise experiment protocols, analyse and display data, and create meaningful reports.
The straightforward yet powerful programming capabilities of SoftMax Pro can further enhance any specialised data collection and analysis needs through custom assay development.
This software package is also widely integrated with industry-leading robotics systems and Lims software through interprocess messaging (Windows messaging).
Version 4.6 now includes many example and reference files (ActiveX, Excel Macro, and VC++ sample code examples) to facilitate robotics integration efforts.
Optional validation tools are also available to reduce time, effort and the cost of certifying and re-validating MDC laboratory tools.
