Lockhart has more than 20 years of R+D experience and more than ten years in management.
She's managed complex technical projects with multi million dollar budgets and teams of 20-30 people.
Prior to joining Moore Industries, Lockhart was a programme manager at BAE Systems, where she was responsible for planning and management of development projects based on silicon (Mems) technology with real time embedded systems.
She was also systems engineering manager at Lucent.
Lockhart holds a BSEE from Brunel University in the UK, is a PMI certified project management professional, and is a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (MIEEE).
