High-resolution video inspection tool for quality assurance of precision enginered parts, in-situ restoration and conservation of textiles, medical examination and on-site inspection of plant

The MS-500C MicroScopeman from Moritex Europe is a durable and versatile high-resolution video inspection tool for applications including inspection and quality assurance of precision enginered parts, in-situ restoration and conservation of textiles, medical examination and on-site inspection of plant and process equipment.

Affordably priced, the MS-500C is extremely easy to use.

The convenient design of the MS-500C greatly enhances the ease and versatility of microscopic examination, as any sample may be observed in-situ.

With few adjustments required to provide the full range of operation, learning to use the MS-500C effectively may be accomplished rapidly.

The flexible handheld probe incorporates both high resolution (752 x 582 pixel) CCD camera head and fibre optic lighting enabling fast and simple acquisition with unrivalled depth-of-field.

The handheld MS-500C provides a magnified image of an object on a TV or video monitor simply by pointing at the target thus eliminating the eyestrain so common with regular use of optical microscopes.

A range of rapidly interchangeable fixed magnification and various zoom (5x-1000x) lenses are available to suit most contact and non-contact applications.

The MS-500C produces colour real time video images in Pal or NTSC format (460 lines) that can be viewed directly on a monitor or captured by a video printer or computer for hardcopy printing and analysis.

Options for the MS-500C include automatic light intensity control and a separate strobe light for capturing very fast moving objects.
