In response to requests by commercial labs, version 3.1 now provides a customer contact history feature.
Lab managers may include hyperlinks to external documents such as correspondence or invoices, and may print all information for any customer.
Additional upgrades: other upgrades include fully configurable container label styles, additional hyperlinks to outside documents, auto-complete analysis results, and expanded audit trail capabilities.
