Applying Mie theory for measuring spherical particles and modified Mie theory for measuring non-spherical particles, Bluewave can provide high accuracy and repeatability especially in sub-micron range

Microtrac announces the release of Bluewave, the next generation laser diffraction technology based particle size analyser Bluewave utilises newly available cutting edge blue laser diodes that offer significantly better resolution, accuracy and repeatability than any existing offerings, it says

Applying Mie theory for measuring spherical particles and modified Mie theory for measuring non-spherical particles, Bluewave can provide extremely high accuracy and repeatability especially in sub-micron range.

Bluewave is supported by the powerful and user friendly Flex software and it can be operated with Turbotrac in dry mode or sample delivery controller (SDC) in wet mode.

Bluewave also carries the same high quality and reliability standard that all Microtrac products have, says the company.
