NanoImaging Services announces NanoImaging Data Browser, which provides quick, efficient and complete access to the massive data sets generated by image-based structural investigations

The ability to directly visualise supra-molecular structures has tremendous value in all phases of the drug development pipeline, and any improvement in analytical speed has the potential to accelerate the entire development process "Fast, reliable delivery of high-quality information is the fundamental value we offer our customers," said Clint Potter, NanoImaging Services president and CEO

"Not only does the NanoImaging Data Browser get the data to the customer faster, its structured access and integrated tool set lets users find and use the information they need faster, ultimately accelerating their own internal value-generating processes.

"If we save a day with each iteration of the experimental process, it may add up to weeks or months at the end of a long development programme".

The NanoImaging Data Browser incorporates a structured relational database, a browser-based viewer, and integrated tools for data/image access and manipulation.

It is delivered on a USB memory device that is compatible with most common computing platforms.

In addition to the image, the data includes experimental and acquisition conditions and other information that may be needed to fulfill the data provenance requirements of subsequent regulatory reviews.

NanoImaging Services offers a range of services including simple visual inspection, statistical characterisation, antibody/labeling experiments and nanometer-scale, three-dimensional reconstruction.

Advanced cryo techniques preserve delicate biological structures in their native, fully-hydrated state.
