Analogue output module for high-speed
applications

Delivers high channel density and high performance by generating waveforms at 1MS/s per channel and 16-bit resolution on eight channels

National Instruments extends its high-speed data acquisition product line and support of real-time data acquisition hardware with the introduction of its fastest 16-bit analogue output module for PXI The NI PXI-6733 delivers high channel density and high performance by generating waveforms at 1MS/s per channel and 16-bit resolution on eight channels

It also features two 24-bit counter/timers and flexible software-controlled timing signal routing for advanced timing and triggering applications.

The module uses the PXI trigger bus, which provides synchronisation with NI motion, vision, and additional data acquisition products so engineers can create custom measurement systems to test their innovative designs.

Engineers can use the NI PXI-6733 module for a wide variety of applications, including stimulus-response tests, such as acoustic distortion testing, and simulation, such as three-phase power simulation.

The module also delivers dedicated, deterministic performance when used with LabVview Real-Time, making it ideal for real-time control applications, including hardware-in-the-loop simulation and rapid-control prototyping.

The NI PXI-6733 module ships with NI-DAQ 6.9 driver software, a powerful programming interface for use with a variety of application development environment, including NI LabView, LabWindows/CVI, and Measurement Studio, as well as general programming languages, including Microsoft Visual Basic and Visual C++.

NI leads the industry movement to 16-bit DAQ devices by combining custom digital ASICs and custom analogue input and output design to optimise, control, and enhance the performance of commercial off-the-shelf 16-bit analogue-to-digital and digital-to-analogue converters.

NI 16-bit DAQ devices for PXI, PCI, FireWire, and PCMCIA deliver 16 times better resolution and significantly better accuracy at a marginal price difference when compared to 12-bit DAQ products. Request a free brochure from National Instruments ...
