Personal freezers ensure sample security
Personal-sized freezer solves the problem of sample security, allowing researchers to keep biopsies, cells and other samples safely stored in their own lab
New Brunswick Scientific's personal-sized freezer solves the problem of sample security, allowing researchers to keep biopsies, cells and other samples safely stored in their own lab, despite any shortage of lab space! This compact upright freezer, model U101, with 3.6 cu ft capacity, can be placed either on or under the bench - and is now available with a stacking kit to double the storage capacity without increasing the space requirements Complete with lock and key for outer door, a four-digit password to prevent unauthorised changes to temperature setpoints and alarms, and lock-plate over the power on-off switch, this energy efficient, low noise ultra low temperature (-86C) freezer measures only 83x90x56.6cm, yet can hold 60 two-inch boxes for vials or tubes in the privacy and safety of your own lab
It's just one of nine full-size upright and chest models available.
