High-specification laboratory shaker puts emphasis is on saving time and effort, allowing the researcher to set multiple parameters and then walk away, eliminating the need to return and re-set

New Brunswick Scientific says its Innova shakers have earned an enviable reputation for outstanding durability and performance over the last 50 years Now, a new sleek, high specification model is being introduced, encapsulating all the sophisticated features scientists have come to expect from the company

With the Innova 40 and Innova 40R models, the emphasis is on saving time and effort.

The researcher can set multiple parameters and then walk away, eliminating the need to return and re-set.

The shaker controls are described as exceptionally easy to use thanks to the intelligent design and the large, backlit display which is clearly visible from all angles.

An expanded temperature range allows incubation at ambient plus 5C all the way up to 80C (or, with the refrigerated Innova 40R, ambient minus 15C).

Agitation spans are generous too; the smooth-start, quiet-running triple-eccentric drive mechanism can be set to shake from 25 to 500rpm in a 1.9 or 2.54cm orbit.

Speed and temperature may be programmed for multiple changes throughout a timed study, for example, with data logging and computer control conveniently available through the RS232 output.

The hydraulically lifted lid makes retrieving or replacing flasks effortless, and accidental spills are isolated from electronics and mechanical components.

Every possible requirement has been incorporated into these models: in fact, for years of dependable, worry-free running, the proven design pedigree of Innova shakers is first choice for the discerning scientist, says New Brunswick Scientific.
