Investors in People, the national quality standard for effective investment in staff development to help achieve business aims and objectives, was awarded to Nickel-Electro after a three-year programme in which the company worked alongside a Business Link adviser to identify and implement a number of key improvements to the business Managing director Melvin Dickson, says: "Working towards Investors in People has made a real, improved difference to how we run the company
