Ultra quiet nitrogen gas generator with built in air compressor uses different technique to standard generators so that noise from the oil-less air compressor and exhaust gas are reduced to a minimum.

Noblegen has added to its wide range of laboratory gas generators the new NG1-1R ultra quiet nitrogen gas generator Using a different technique compared to standard generators the noise levels from the oil-less air compressor and exhaust gas are reduced to a minimum

The NG1-1R supplies 1000cc/min nitrogen at a purity of 99.9995% and at a noise level of around 45dbA.

The noise level is so low that it is equal to standard background levels in a laboratory, and the generator can not be heard at all from 2m away.

The compressor and process parts are located in separate enclosures with a simple electrical and pneumatic connection between them.

The set-up is ideal to locate the compressor underneath a bench with the generator situated on the bench next to the application for reduced pipe-work.

As the generator enclosure has no moving parts there is no noise or vibration from it, making it an ideal generator for applications with reduced bench and floor space.

This new type of design can be used on other larger systems and are available on request.
