Nitrogen generator for ELSD instruments
Noblegen has developed a nitrogen gas generator with a small footprint to deliver flows from 4.0 litres/min specifically for evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) instruments
The generator uses the tried, tested and robust PSA technique of separating nitrogen from the air through a carbon molecular sieve With or without oil-free compressor the generator has few moving parts, and is ideal for use where laboratory space is at a premium

Boots chooses Noblegen nitrogen gas generator
Boots laboratory in Nottingham, UK, has recently purchased a Noblegen NG1-1R ultra quiet nitrogen generator to supply high purity gas to its Techne sample concentrator
The overall size of the generator without compressor is only 320x320x650mm, with option of either internal compressor or separate quiet box.
The generator replaces more conventional high pressure gas cylinders, and allows the user to produce their own worry free gas for years to come.
With maintenance intervals of up to 8000 running hours, a standard 24 month full factory warranty and life-time warranty of the PSA carbon molecular sieve the NG4 is a must for any ELSD instrument, says Noblegen.
Noblegen says customers can buy with confidence in the knowledge that they are buying a high quality product which has a design life of at least ten years.
There really is now no excuse for wasting valuable time changing out empty gas cylinders, re-ordering and paying monthly rental charges.
A one off payment for your gas generator will allow users to get on with important laboratory work, and will give gas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
