Noblegen has recently launched its new range of standalone zero air generators, which only require an electrical supply to generate methane free compressed air

Complete with oil-less compressor, dryer and hydrocarbon removal catalyst and comes with a 24 month full factory warranty, is probably one of the most economical and reliable zero air products in the market today Many other zero air systems require compressed air to BS.1.2.1 which normally means sourcing a dryer and filters before the air is good enough to remove the hydrocarbons

The Noblegen ZAG-1 models can supply methane free air to THC <0.1ppm, and is a standalone unit, no compressed air required, simply plug the generator into either a 110v or 230vAC supply and the onboard compressor will generate the air.

Most flow-rates are available from 5.0l/min up to 50l/min.

The complete generator comes with a 24 month full factory warranty and that includes the compressor and catalyst module too.

There are no hidden costs, simply change three filter elements every 4000 compressor hours and a major service at 24,000 hours is all that is required to maintain your zero air system.

With an expected product life of at least ten years, this and other Noblegen gas generators offers both reliable and economical gas to any laboratory application.
