The data acquisition software Notocord-S1 was chosen by a big automotive electronics manufacturer to perform long run measurement of screwdriving torque The software is integrated to the production site quality control system, it collects torque data from the line's automatic screwdrivers over long working periods, performs screwdriving cycle analysis and detects possible defects
The torque trace constitutes also a time diagram of the line's production activity and is used to monitor productivity.
Thus, the system contributed to the improvement of the products quality and the line's productivity.
