Cleanroom orbital welding power supply
Cleanroom model has anodised rather than painted panels to eliminate risk of particle shedding to keep contamination to a minimum
Orbimatic, manufacturer of orbital tube welding equipment, has produced the Orbimat 160CR, a cleanroom model of its Orbimat 160C orbital welding power supply The Orbimat 160CR has been produced with anodised panels which replace the original painted panels
The anodised panels eliminate the risk of particulate shedding from the panels which helps keep contamination in cleanrooms to a minimum.
The Orbimat 160CR is a 160 amp orbital welding power supply which includes an automatic welding parameter generation facility and is capable of holding around 2000-four level welding procedures.
Each welding procedure incorporates an 'application specification' section which allows for the storage of details of the gas types and flow rates, tungsten electrode geometry and material specifications.
