The prestigious Oxford Innovation Award has been won this year by Oxford Biosensors for its innovative point-of-care medical diagnostic system Using groundbreaking electrochemical research carried out at Oxford University, the three-year old company developed the hand-held device which allows doctors to diagnose and monitor medical conditions more quickly and conveniently
