Ohaus has announced the launch of the Trooper Count TC-P counting-scale package with printer.

The company said the TC-P package is ideal for counting and advanced applications such as inventory control and storehouse systems, and includes the Trooper Count scale and a high-speed thermal printer.

In addition, the Trooper Count features simple and advanced counting modes, 300 memory locations for up to 60 items, and an intuitive design.

The TC-P's Auto-Optimisation and Auto-Add counting software ensures accurate results.

The Trooper Count has a three-window backlit LCD display, 21 membrane keys with numeric keypad and dedicated counting keys.

It has ABS housing with stainless-steel weighing platform and cast aluminium weighing frame, and has levelling feet and bubble.

Other features include: RS232 bidirectional interface; auto-off timer; user-selectable audible key beep; low battery warning; auto-zero tracking; and software lockout of menu settings.

Counting features for the Trooper Count include: positive and negative sampling, with user input sample size or default sample size; positive and negative counting; manual or pre-set tare; auto-optimisation of average piece weight and auto-add to ensure 99.7 per cent sample weight accuracy; 60 part files with input for 12-digit part number, average piece weight, tare weight, over/under values and count accumulation; and programmable over/under limits with audible beep and LCD indication.

The Trooper Count TC-P is available in four different capacity x readability models: TC3RSP: 6 x 0.001lb; TC6RSP: 15 x 0.002lb; TC15RSP: 30 x 0.005lb; and TC30RSP: 60 x 0.01lb.
