BW scale weighs in wet and dry environments

Ohaus has introduced the Ohaus BW wash-down compact bench scale, which allows users to perform portioning, packing and general weighing in dry and wash-down environments.

It has an internal sealed rechargeable lead-acid battery, Nema 4 / IP65 housing and a high-speed display.

It offers durability and dependability in an affordable design.

It is available in four different models of 'capacity x readability'.

Each model also includes an option for single- or dual-display.

The BW Series single-display models include: BW1.5US (3 x 0.001lb [1361 x 0.4536g]) BW3US (6 x 0.002lb), BW6US (15 x 0.005lb) and BW15US (30 x 0.01lb).

The dual-display models include: BW1.5TUS, BW3TUS, BW6TUS and BW15TUS.

Standard features for the BW Series include: selectable lb, oz or g units; super-fast weighing results, calculated within two seconds; AC adaptor and 50-hour rechargeable battery; over/under check weighing feature with configurable LED and audible alarm; removable stainless-steel platter; four-level display brightness-adjustment; and battery power-saving mode.

Single display or dual-display 'T' models are available.
