Opti-Pharma UK announces the formation of an alliance with Heaton Green Containment, moving the company further into the manufacturing sector of barrier and isolation technology

The powder handling downflow booth ensures a clean environment for operatives to work Whether performing dispensing or sampling activities, these booths provide a class 100 laminar airflow utilising Hepa filtration

Under normal operating conditions 90% of the filtered air is recirculated through the main work chamber, airflow is induced in a downward direction and runs at a negative pressure to the room.

This negative pressure is achieved by nominally 10% of the recirculation volume being returned to the room via 'bleed' air filters (Hepa) and made up through the open front of the booth.

The design of the downflow booth is such that typically operator exposure levels (OEL) are maintained within the limits of 50Fg/m3.

Opti-Pharma UK announces the formation of an alliance with Heaton Green Containment.

This move takes Opti-Pharma further into the manufacturing sector of barrier and isolation technology.
