Bubble trap maintains fluid flow
Device removes in-line gas and air bubbles, eliminating need for a degassing carrier buffer or eluent and preventing disruption to fluid flow
A unique device for removing in-line gas and air bubbles in the laboratory is now available from Omnifit Manufactured from inert Peek or PTFE material, this timesaving device prevents the errors that can be caused by gas bubbles in the flow system and stops columns from running dry
It also eliminates the need for a degassing carrier buffer or eluent.
The bubble trap can be used in flow analysis systems, as a guard in liquid chromatography, for enzyme reactors and flow-through biosensors.
It is pressure rated to 5 bar and has zero dead volume.
One or two channel versions are available and membrane replacement is quick and easy.
