Fabry Perot Etalons to suit almost any
application
Optical Surfaces is a supplier of Fabry-Perot etalons in a range of shapes and sizes up to 150mm in diameter with matching accuracies to lambda/300
Etalons are widely used in telecommunications, lasers and spectroscopic applications to measure the wavelength of light Recent advances in fabrication technique allow the creation of very precise tunable Fabry-Perot interferometers

Optical Surfaces manufactures Fabry Perot etalons in two basic forms - air-spaced or solid.
Both types can be designed for use at customer-defined wavelengths within the range 190nm to about two microns.
Fabry Perot etalon pairs from Optical Surfaces are supplied with wedge angles of 5min of arc for smaller diameters, rising in steps to a wedge angle of 40min of arc for diameters greater than 70mm.
Available as standard in materials including UV grade silica and germanium, Optical Surfaces's Fabry-Perot etalons have been supplied to some of the world's leading research institutes and also form an essential OEM component for a growing number of laser and interferometer manufacturers.
Production approved to ISO 9001-2000 and with all optics interferometrically tested before shipping the quality of Fabry-Perot etalons from Optical Surfaces is assured, the company says.
