The Remel range of ready-to-use agglutinating sera for the presumptive identification of cultured bacteria is now available from Oxoid
The Agglutinating Sera tests are performed quickly and easily on glass slides, in tubes and, for some tests, by counterimmunoelectrophoresis.
Their ease of use and speed make them ideal for screening purposes to augment standard culture and biochemical procedures, providing useful information that can be valuable for diagnosis and in epidemiological studies.
In addition to the Agglutinating Sera, a range of stained suspensions is also now available from Oxoid.
These stained suspensions of febrile antigens are used for the detection, identification and quantification of specific antibodies to brucella, salmonella and rickettsial disease in sera.
Positive and negative control sera are also available for use with these stained suspensions to ensure optimal performance. Request a free brochure from Oxoid ...
