Keeping photometers at their peak

A Palintest product story
Edited by the Laboratorytalk editorial team Dec 3, 2003

A complete range of service options and upgrades are being offered in order to keep photometers operating at the highest performance

To ensure that Palintest photometers provide continual peak performance and are maintained at the highest possible specification, the company now offers customers a complete range of service options and upgrades.

In addition, Palintest offers trade-in deals on older photometers, and trade-ups to other instruments in the current range including the company's brand new Photometer 8000.

Palintest's annual calibration service provides a complete instrument clean up and recalibration against the company's in-house standards.

This ensures as good as new performance.

The company can then provide customers with a certificate of performance for compliance with local quality system procedures.

Depending on the instrument, Palintest can upgrade a photometer to provide the full range of current tests and other new features that may have been added.

For example, the latest Photometer 7000se has a much quicker read time and an increased memory for sample results than older units.

Many upgrades can be carried out simply through software via disk or e-mail.

Customers can also trade in their older photometers for the latest models.

If more features are required of a new instrument, Palintest provide a trade-in allowance for existing units against any of the current range of photometers.

This offer also applies to non-Palintest instruments.
