Protein tryptic digest test mixtures for use in HPLC, LC/MS and MS instrument calibration, as well as for methods development and validation in proteomics applications
Presearch now offer a variety of protein tryptic digest test mixtures for use in HPLC, LC/MS and MS instrument calibration, as well as for methods development and validation in proteomics applications High purity protein standards (Sigma) are reduced (DTT) and alkylated (IAA) prior to digestion (TPCK Treated Trypsin)

The digests are validated by rapid LC-MS to ensure complete digestion of each protein and then the enzymatic activity is stopped using TFA.
Aliquots containing 500 picomoles of digested protein are taken to dryness in a speed vacuum and then stored frozen.
Each labelled standard comes with a test certificate and instructions for dilution and storage of the digest solution.
Mixtures are available individually for as little as £40 or in 12 packs.
Alternatively you can order two different variety 12 packs (one each of 12 different digested proteins), to cover both low and high molecular weight ranges.
