'Mould-breaking' personal purification system for organic compound research can be monitored and controlled via intranet or wireless

Teledyne Isco's new CombiFlash Companion XL is a high-capacity version of the innovative CombiFlash Companion personal purification system for organic compound research Companion XL can be controlled or monitored from anywhere, using the same browser-based user interface as Isco's original Companion and four-sample Companion 4X systems

In addition to radical ease of use, benefits of this mould-breaking architecture include the ability to monitor and control the instrument via a company's intranet or via commonly available wireless technology.

Companion XL uses precision-packed Isco RediSep columns ranging from 120 grams to 1500 grams of silica.

The 120g and 330g column sizes overlap with the range of sizes used on the smaller Companion and 4X systems.

Companion XL also delivers optimised flow rates to run Isco's new 750g and 1500g RediSep columns, which are the largest available for any flash purification system.

PeakTrak software that runs the Companion XL offers automated method scale-up.

When users want to change a method from one column size to the next, PeakTrak offers the ability to conveniently scale-up.

Different sized columns are quickly interchangeable with no additional hardware.
