The Pax-10 features a pre-aligned arc position precisely located (+/-0.05mm) relative to a datum feature on the mounting surface of the case.
The pre-aligned arc position enables 'plug and play' field replacement, eliminating the need for alignment and reducing OEMs' costs and instrument down time.
The Pax-10 uses PerkinElmer's proven reliable Xenon flashlamp technology to deliver exceptionally stable, high intensity microsecond pulses of light covering a continuous spectrum from the ultraviolet to the infrared (120 to >2000nm).
The new light source provides a long life rating of over a billion flashes and is available in two arc orientations with user selectable analogue or digital intensity control.
The Pax-10 is CE marked and fully RoHS compliant.
