Uniquip, a new supplier of laboratory equipment, has teamed up with Progen Scientific to supply a range of benchtop autoclaves that will supplement the Progen range

The Uniquip range encompasses five model ranges with varying sizes and functions to meet different laboratory needs The models are as follows

CertoClav: personal, top loading sterilisers available in 12 and 18 litre sizes.

The CertoClav is designed to provide an economical choice for personal sterilising.

SA series: horizontal benchtop sterilisers available in 16 and 24 litre.

The SA series is an enhanced model that includes 24 installed programmes for fully automatic processing and special programmes for prion and liquid sterilisation.

Microm series: deluxe models in 25 and 40 litre featuring automatic temperature (not pressure control) to give stable and reliable sterilisation.

Pre programmed cycles can be stores in the systems and controlled with a simple push of the button.

The models include automatic water filling function (certain models only).

Falcon series: class S front loading, 24 litres.

The Falcon model features dry heating to maintain perfect temperature balance and is suitable for wrapped and unwrapped materials, utensils and liquids.

Poleax series: class N front loading, 16 litres.

The Poleax range is designed specifically for liquid sterilisation.

The Poleax includes a choice of pre-selected programmes and includes a stainless steel chamber and heater element.
