The Pixel Devices range of unique ultra high sensitivity linear CMOS sensor arrays are now available in the UK through Photonics and Analytical Marketing The 256 and 512 pixel arrays have high sensitivity, low noise and excellent dynamic range

they are designed for applications such as document scanning, machine vision, linear optical encoders etc.

The 2048 pixel array comes in two versions, the LNL2048S which is optimised for high speed line scan operations, and the LNL2048R optimised for high sensitivity spectroscopic, fluorescent imaging, and photon counting applications.

The ultra low noise, high speed performance is achieved by pixel-level processing which is unique to Pixel Devices.

This proprietary technique optimises the conversion of the photon-generated charge to an analogue voltage at each pixel, thereby producing vastly reduced noise, increased dynamic range, and superior speed.
