Achema preview: Priorclave

Autoclaves in sizes from 60 to 700 litres fitted with single action closure mechanisms, sophisticated microprocessor control, and revolutionary surface coating technology

At this year's Achema, Priorclave will be exhibiting its 100/150ltr capacity, front and top loading laboratory autoclaves from its large QCS range.

Also on show will be the Compact 60ltr model and the 40ltr Compact Benchtop model.

The full range extends to the Rectangular Section models up to 700ltr, or larger when built to customer specifications requiring even greater capacity.

All models on display feature Priorclave's innovative Quickseal II single action closure mechanisms and are fitted with the simple but sophisticated Tactrol microprocessor control system.

This technology enables the automatic management of simple cycles to fully-featured, multi-programme operation with printed records.

Priorclave now has exclusivity on the revolutionary BioCote surface coating technology which incorporates an active agent that inhibits the growth of food pathogens and micro-organisms, including the antibiotic-resistant MRSA.

Such is its effectiveness, the potential for generating resistant strains of organisms is greatly reduced, if not eliminated.

This unique feature ensures that high safety levels can be maintained with the potential for spreading contamination and infection through manual contact being minimised.

This year's stand will also feature a display of Priorclave's new interactive website.

The key feature of this site is the ability to build up a specification for your required autoclave via a series of simple questions.

From this a detailed technical datasheet can be run off along with a list price quotation.
