Extended autoclave warranty slashes service costs

Two year warranty deal includes preventative maintenance visits every six months and should result in savings of over 35%

As part of its ongoing commitment to customer care and product reliability, Priorclave will be offering two-year warranties on all mainland UK Priorclave autoclaves for 2004.

In order to ensure ongoing reliability, the offer is dependent on the autoclave being regularly serviced and properly maintained.

For just £995.00 per autoclave, customers will receive free installation and a further three preventative maintenance visits at six month intervals over the following 24 months.

During this period replacement parts and any emergency call-outs (with the exception of consumable parts such as internal wandering thermocouples and work resulting from incorrect use of the autoclave) will be completely free of charge.

Customers will also be entitled to full support from Priorclave's office and field based staff in the using and setting up of their autoclave.

Compared to the annual cost of a preventative maintenance contract from Priorclave (currently £612.00 per year) plus £345.00 for installation, this represents a saving in excess of 35% over the two years, taking no account of parts costs during the second year of use.

It may bea small price to pay for the peace of mind of being able to forget about your autoclave and get on with something useful.
